VME.ps is a PostScript paper which briefly describes the VME
interface for the following Silicon Graphics computers:

                       1) Personal Iris
                       2) 4D100 to 4D400 series machines
                       3) Crimson

The VME paper contains a brief overview of the VME bus cycles
and concepts. The paper then covers the VME characterisics of
the Silicon Graphics computer systems. This paper should help
the integrator in choosing VME hardware which will more easily
       integrate into SGI equipment.

This paper DOES NOT include the IO4 VME in Challenge or Onyx systems.
